JCFL→ College for Study Abroad → JCFL Universal → Education Universal

JCFL has as its educational principle ' JCFL Universal ' . This principle places JCFL not within the borders of Japanese higher education but in the global context, where the parochial idea of ' study abroad' with its connotation of ' going off of the beaten track ' has been absorbed into a more general question of the choice of one's best educational route. This is what we call ' JCFL Universal '. This principle enhances the idea of equal opportunity of education by encouraging students, in their choice of further study, to place institutions from abroad side by side with domestic ones, making their best decision without borders. It is hoped that this principle also should work in a reversed way, bringing a lot of promising youths into Japanese institutions. It is our desire that this principle should be disseminated worldwide and that ' EDUCATION Universal ' should prevail the world.
