JCFL's History (since 1970)

Established in 1970, JCFL is an educational foundation recognized by the Ministry of Education. This college conducts educational activities for language training and understanding of different cultures, as well as related study and publications, for students who have graduated from senior high school or higher education, with the aims of providing education and promoting international communication. In 1993, JCFL established courses that respond to the demands of the current age, such as for children's English teachers and international volunteers, in addition to conventional language - related courses, and it has received high evaluation from higher education institutions, such as universities, and private companies, including from overseas. In autumn 1997, a new campus fully equipped with educational facilities and next generation information equipment was completed.
